How do you earn, redeem and spend my points?
When you are dining at a KC Hopps location, check in on the app. The app will provide a 4-digit code, and our staff will assign your check to your account. If you have a Guest Rewards card, present the card to your server or bartender to check in. When you pay the bill, you will receive one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax and tip). You will receive an account balance on your receipt. You may also check your account on the app anytime. Points will accumulate on your account as you use it. You can redeem your dollars at any time! Use a little or save a lot! You are in control! We will notify you through email and push notifications in your app when you are getting close to a reward, when you have earned a reward, and when a reward is about to expire. Ensure you are always in the know by allowing our Guest Rewards app to send you notifications and verifying your email is accurate that you provide when registering!
